After a week long abstinence from leavened bread, does it not make sense to conclude by celebrating with traditional "risen" Easter bread?

In many cultures, it is customary to make leavened bread to enjoy on Easter Sunday. The styles can get creative, but this seems like it could be a fitting way to celebrate the end of the seven-day feast of unleavened bread, and it also contains a pun that references the resurrection of the Savior: We call it "risen" bread. Leavened bread is risen bread, and this reminds us that He is Risen!!!
